How do I clear Microsoft Teams client Cache on Windows

- Close Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
- Ensure Teams is closed by right clicking on the Teams icon in the system tray, located at the bottom right corner of your screen, then click "Quit".
- Ensure Teams is closed by right clicking on the Teams icon in the system tray, located at the bottom right corner of your screen, then click "Quit".
- Open the start menu or search bar and enter the following:
%appdata%\Microsoft
- Locate Teams folder, right click on the folder and select Delete.
- Relaunch Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
You will have to sign back into Microsoft Teams.
