Description

The Priority Registration Implementation includes the implementation of Ellucian’s Priority Registration solution to support rule-based assignment of registration time tickets aligned with academic, compliance, and equity considerations.

Given that Ellucian’s Experience-based Priority Registration functionality was not fully developed and validated prior to our Banner SaaS go-live, the project includes the design and deployment of a parallel POPSEL-based process as an interim and contingency solution. This workaround ensures continuity of operations and provides a reliable method for assigning registration priorities within Banner while maintaining flexibility to transition to the Ellucian-delivered solution upon maturity.
